Paper Submission

ICWAI'26 ​Submissions should be original work and ideas without substantial overlap with pre-published papers.

All submissions can be submitted in .DOC format through the Microsoft CMT Conference Management System, using the following link:

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Papers should be structured, and must include study hypothesis, type of study, materials and methods, results,  and references. Papers may include graphic attachments (i.e. tables, illustrations and pictures).

Poster Submission

Poster submissions for ICWAI’26 must present original, research aligned with the conference themes.
All submissions can be submitted in .PDF format through the Microsoft CMT Conference Management System, using the following link:

Posters should be designed to visually summarize key contributions through clearly defined sections such as study objectives, methodology, results, conclusions and references.

ICWAI'26 Plagiarism Policy: The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism. The similarity content should not exceed 20%.
- Those who do not have a Microsoft CMT account will need to create one.
